Self Driven Cars Terms & Conditions

Small list of terms & conditions to ensure your safety and keep our priority. we would love to serve you ever.

  • Strictly don’t drunk & drive the car if anything happen customer is responsible for all kind of legal activities.
  • If car cheesed by police, customer have to replace the car worth upto 6 lakhs.
  • Don’t do any illegal activities inside the car and with the car
  • Customer have to taken responsibilities for any accidents or any kind of car damages.
  • Don’t use the car for train driving to
  • Don’t use the car for commercial purpose like rental
  • Customer is responsible for any kind of police issue which mistakenly done by customer side except car document
  • Customer have to pay car rent upto taking car back from any mechanic or tinger or painter shop if anything happen to car.
  • Strictly Don’t Smoke and Drink Liquor inside the
  • Limit: 300km per day
  • Extra 08/- per km

1. Liability Disclaimer & Customer Responsibility

Croyezie Cars provides self-driven vehicles for rental purposes. The customer assumes full responsibility for any accidents, damages, injuries, or legal consequences, including death, that occur while the vehicle is in their possession. Croyezie Cars shall not be held liable for any penalties, claims, or liabilities arising from the customer’s actions while using the vehicle.

2. No Drinking & Driving

Strictly do not drink and drive. If any incident occurs, the customer will be fully responsible for all legal consequences.

3. Age & License Requirement

Minimum age requirement is 25 years. The driver must have a valid driving license with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

4. Required Documents

Original Aadhar Card, Driving License (mandatory), Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, and a signed cheque must be provided. If documents are not provided, the customer must leave their two-wheeler at our location as security.

5. Kilometer Limit & Fuel Policy

Daily usage limit is 300 km per 24 hours. Additional distance will be charged at ₹8 per km. Fuel must be returned point to point as received.

6. Accident & Damage Responsibility

Customer is responsible for any accidents or damages. Insurance cannot be claimed. After an accident, ₹1,000 per day will be charged until the car is fully repaired.

7. Vehicle Seizure by Police

If the car is seized by police, the customer must compensate for the car’s worth, up to ₹6 lakhs.

8. Police-Related Issues

Customer is liable for any police-related issues caused by their actions, except car documentation issues.

9. No Illegal Activities

Do not engage in any illegal activities inside or with the car.

10. No Commercial Use

Vehicle must not be used for commercial purposes or rental trips.

11. No Training Purpose

Vehicle must not be used for driving training.

12. Repair & Maintenance Charges

If the car requires repairs, the customer must continue paying rent until the car is returned.

13. No Smoking & Drinking

Strictly no smoking or alcohol consumption inside the car.

14. Vehicle Cleanliness

Car must be returned in clean condition. Otherwise, a cleaning charge of ₹500 will be applied.

Payment & Rental Policies

15. Car Rental Payment & Discount Policies

Rent must be paid before taking the car.
Late payment attracts a penalty of ₹300 per day.
No discount for single-day booking.
Discounts apply only for bookings of 7 days or more.
Cancellation after booking attracts a penalty of ₹1,000 per day.

16. Overtime Rental Rates

After 24 hours:
5-seater – ₹250 per hour
7-seater – ₹400 per hour
